Hello and Welcome!

The next step in the hiring process is to complete the fingerprinting component of your background investigation. We ask that you complete your fingerprinting within 3 business days from the receipt of this email. Fidelity Investments has partnered with Sterling Identity to help with the fingerprint collection process, and we have included instructions below.
 
What You Need To Do:

1. Log into the Candidate Hub:?You will be required to provide details of your location so that you are provided with any location-specific forms. You will be prompted to review the FBI Individual Rights statement and consent electronically.
 
Note: If the FBI Individual Rights statement and Electronic Signature consent form is not viewed and signed, we will not be able to continue your background vetting process.
 
2. Entering Requested Information: You will need to provide your personal information such as date of birth, full name, SSN (if applicable), and address history.
 
3. Scheduling a Fingerprinting Appointment:?You will need to complete your fingerprinting at a Live Scan location. You will be able to search for locations by entering a zip code. After selecting the location, choose a date and time fits within your availability.  Note: A Fidelity Regional Office location is preferred.
 
  o You will receive a confirmation email with the scheduled location and appointment information shortly after you submit.
 
  o You will also receive an additional email with instructions for fingerprinting, which will include a code that must be presented for the live scan fingerprinting appointment. You must bring a valid government issued I.D. to the appointment.
